Can you pin it down to a specific RAM slot? Does it matter which RAM module is in which slot when all 4 are installed? Try various combinations of 2, 3, 4 slots. You can try blowing out all the slots with canned air in case there's dust is in one of them. Check the connectors on all the slots to see if any of them are bent, discolored ... memory - Random BSOD crashes when all RAM slots are ...
